Meat500 - 750g small cubes
    1. 1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients, and keep it away for few hours (preferably in a refrigirator). Also remove the water collected if any.

    1. 2. Take a tray and place the chicken pieces and put it in a preheated oven. The temperature should be set at 375oF / 190oC for 40 minutes.

    1. 3.After 40 minutes, set the oven onto grill and let the prepration grill till light brown or bar-be-que the chicken pieces until soft and rosted on each side.







Basmati Rice500 - 750g / 3-4 cups, Washed & soaked for 30 minutes
