    1. 1. Wash green chillies and coriander leaves and chop roughly, mint powder. Peel and chop the onions and ginger.

    1. 2. Grind the chopped ingredients to a fine paste. Add a little water if required, lemon juice, salt and Andardana powder.

    1. 3. Mix well and serve.
